The Caya is a contoured diaphragm that is suitable for most women; a Silicone based female barrier contraceptive, easy to use and hormone free. Caya contoured diaphragm is easy to use when compared to a tampon, it is required to be inserted prior to sexual intercourse and should be left in for a minimum of 6 hours after intercourse. If a lubricant is required, you should only use water-based gels, the preferred gel is the Caya Contraceptive Gel.

The Caya should be cleaned after use in warm water using a mild soap and should last for up to 2 years from first use.
