Each cube consists of 12 magnetic pyramids, with each pyramid containing three magnets. The individual pyramids are connected to each other by hinges to form a chain or ring. Using the hinges, the Shashibo Cube can be transformed into a wide variety of shapes.
The magnets create solid, coherent shapes. Magnetism can also be used to connect several Shashibo Cubes together to create highly complex geometric shapes. All Shashibo Cubes are made from 100% recycled ABS plastic.
