As required all our privacy sets include an emergency release from the outside of the room. Our privacy door knob sets comes as a pair of handles plus the spindle (the square rod that passes from one handle to the other) and screws. It also includes the privacy snib which has a thumb turn on one side of the door and an emergency release on the other.
The back plate is supplied with a round hole to accept the privacy snib. Internal Mechanisms (Tube Latches & Mortice Locks) to operate this handle set are sold separately.
